Pigments and flabbiness of the skin: By the years our skin suffers from lots of exposures. Changes of skin colour (e.g. pigments), a thicker layer of horny scales on the surface (epidermis) and a loss of elastic fibres in the depth (dermis) are a fact of skinaging at an early stage and sun damage. Our target is to stop early skinaging and perform skin rejuvenation. At the beginning a detailed analysis of the skin has to be carried out. We are able to measure functions like melanin, moisture, fat and sebum of the skin. Consecutively we are going to mix a special cream, which is totally adapted to the skin type.
Most of the treatments can be integrated in daily life. But it is very important, that you let us accompany your skin for some time. In medical treatments of the skin we distinguish between three different kinds:
Superficial peel means, that the effect of the peel is confined to the epidermis. Pigments can be treated with superficial peels very well, actually little bumpiness will be improved as well. When repeating the therapy several times, even the elasticity of the skin will increase. Usually the skin does not show severe signs after the therapy, so the clients are able to follow their business easily. The effect of the treatment is a cultivated, more even and luminous appearance of the skin. There may a support of the Ruby laser for the pigmented leasions necessary, especially for sundamage.
The medium deep peel or TCA (trichlor acid) peel exfoliates about the half of the epidermis. Pigments can be removed almost totally and fine lines improve.
Two kinds of peels are specified as deep peels, the phenol peel and the CO2 laser skin resurfacing. As the CO2 laser can be controlled very well, we prefer this treatment for totally facial skin rejuvenation. The laser is able to vaporize the whole epidermis. Within 10 days the skin has recovered and will appear 10 years younger. The wrinkles are almost gone and pigments are cleared, only in one session. There is also a dramatically improvement seen when treating acne scars, so this therapy is number one for acne scars treatment.
