Breast augmentation: The technique of breast augmentation requires a silicon implant. The implant, which is made of cohesive silicon covered by a rough casing, is put beneath the pectorals muscle. This cohesive silicon is a material with the most natural feeling and there have never been any cancers reported, caused by silicon. There are also several kinds of shapes implanted, shapes of  drops, some broader, some longer. This also increases a natural appearance. Women can go ahead with their mammography routine as well.

Breast reduction: Lots of techniques are offered for breast reduction. But all of them are going together with visible scars. Usually the surgeon has to leave a scar like an inverse T. Smaller interventions cause smaller scars.

Breast lifting: Actually the technique is almost the same as with the breast reduction. But in this case there is no removal of glands or fat, but of excessive skin. Often the breast lifting is combined with an augmentation.

Reconstruction of the breast after cancer surgery: Nowadays we are able to reconstruct a female breast after cancer surgery only by using autogenetic tissue. This intervention can take place at the same time as the removal of the breast. Mostly there is no need to wait for months or years, which the patients appreciate very much.
